Trump says Zelensky wants to back out of rare earth deal

WASHINGTON, March 31.  US President Donald Trump said Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky is looking to back out of a deal on rare earths with the United States.

"He's trying to back out of the rare earth deal and if he does that he’s got some problems, big, big problems," Trump told reporters.
